SDM delivered full MEPFP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) design services for Port of Miami Terminal F, playing a key role in upgrading the terminal to meet the demands of today’s cruise industry. The design focused on efficient HVAC systems for passenger comfort, dependable electrical infrastructure to support terminal operations, and high-capacity plumbing and fire protection systems built for safety and durability. With careful coordination across disciplines, the project was tailored to enhance the traveler experience while supporting the terminal’s long-term functionality.
