Miami-Dade Children's Courthouse

SDM delivered full MEPFP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) design services for the Miami-Dade Children's Courthouse, supporting the creation of a safe, modern, and functional civic facility. The project included efficient HVAC systems for year-round comfort, reliable electrical systems to power court operations and security infrastructure, and robust plumbing and fire protection tailored to public and staff needs. Every system was designed with long-term performance, safety, and accessibility in mind, helping create a space that serves both justice and the community.
