MetroRail Extension - Earlington Heights Connector
A new 2.4 mile extension of Metrorail to the central transportation hub at Miami International Airport.  This new link, developed in conjunction with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), will help provide seamless access to all modes of transportation. 

This metrorail extension will provide both residents and visitors alike with a rapid transit connection to the airport.

Miami Dade College Science Building
This technologically advanced building located at the North Campus of Miami Dade College is a 90,000 gross square foot facility housing Classrooms, Biology Labs, Physics Labs, Anatomy Labs, Chemistry Labs, Lecture Halls, and Administrative Offices, which provide an enhanced learning environment at the college.

GSA Trade Shop
A 100,000 sf LEED Silver Certified facility, designed to serve as a base for construction managers, record management and trade shops personnel. Facility is comprised of flexible office space, warehouse and operational spaces for electrical, air conditioning, plumbing and carpentry workshops.

South County Courthouse
HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Sprinkler, Electrical, Telecommunications and Security Systems for the construction of a new 75,000 square foot addition and renovation of 68,000 square feet of the existing Courthouse facility serving the judicial system of Palm Beach County.

Jorge Mas Canosa Middle School
This facility, designed as an Enhanced Hurricane Protection Area (EHPA), provides emergency electric, water and sewer services to selected areas of the building to provide shelter for occupants during a hurricane. The facility was designed, constructed and delivered on time and budget to the Miami Dade County School System via the design build delivery method.

Regional Commuter Facility
This 67,000 sq. ft. facility located at the West End of the Miami International Airport's North Terminal Development, is designed for the use of American Eagle commuter airplanes providing two additional gates as well as access to 16 commuter jets.

Miami-Dade's Children's Courthouse
Is a new state of the art, and LEED Silver, fourteen story, 371,500 square foot courthouse consolidating all juvenile and children services for Miami Dade County.  The facility will house courtrooms, community meeting rooms, offices, public waiting areas, detention areas, judicial collegial spaces, vehicular Sallyport and a pedestrian bridge from a secured outdoor parking.

Westland Hialeah Senior High School
This four building campus comprised of 325,000 sq. ft, equipped for 1,964 student stations, was constructed on a compact 6.5 acre urban site.  The facility was designed, constructed and delivered on time and budget to the Miami Dade County School System via the design-build delivery method.

Norma Bossard Butler Elementary School
The project was developed as 3 Buildings around a central courtyard.  These buildings house Administrative Offices, Media Center, Kitchen, Dining Room and Classrooms for a K-5 curriculum.  This 100,000 sq ft facility accommodating 1,068 student stations was designed, constructed and delivered to the Miami Dade County School System via the design build delivery method in 14 months, on time and on budget.

Prototype Elementary School
Working for the Miami Dade County School Board with their selected Construction Manager, three (3) prototype schools were provided simultaneously on three (3) different sites.  These 98,000 sq ft facilities each accommodate 1200 student stations ranging from K-5.

E. L. Whigham Elementary School
Due to its flexibility, this 100,000 square foot Prototypical Elementary School has been commissioned for re-use by the Miami-Dade School Board on five different occasions. Centered around an open courtyard, the MEP Engineering Systems provide an efficient cost effective design.

Tropical Shipping
The Miami Facility for the largest containerized cargo carrier in the Caribbean features over 160,000 square feet of storage space and 10,000 square feet of office space. The Facility included state of the art life safety and security systems to protect millions of dollars of stored goods and materials.

Concourse H Improvement -Phase II
This engineering endeavor required the demolition and reconstruction of 245,000 square feet of an existing, operational airport concourse in multiple complex phases and inclusive of complete life safety system protection.

Hollywood Branch Library
This 20,000 square foot neighborhood branch library, nestled within a serene wooded residential environment, was provided with engineering systems sensitive to the neighboring residential neighborhoods which allows the Library to function.

Miami International Airport
Centralized 400 Hz & PCA Systems
Through four (4) projects, various 400 Hz and pre-conditioned air (PCA) systems have designed for service to more than eighty (80) aircraft gates at this airport.

Radio TV Marti
Commissioned by the United States Information Agency, Office of Cuba Broadcasting, this highly sensitive radio and television production and broadcast facility features state of the art electronic equipment served by multiple redundant systems.

North County Government Center Courthouse
The 70,000 square foot addition to the existing Palm Beach County courthouse facility provided for complete HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Security Systems upgrades for the entire facility.

North Miami Beach Senior High School
The safety-to-life improvements for this existing 150,000 square foot, 2,500 student high school included a facility wide fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system, as well as a 12,000 square foot Science Wing addition.

Murray Park Multipurpose Center
This neighborhood community building for the City of South Miami, the first phase of a neighborhood revitalization plan, includes a full size indoor basketball gymnasium and various multipurpose rooms.

West Kendall Fire Rescue Station No. 57
An approximate 7,200 square foot fire fighting facility provided for servicing and responding to community emergencies. It was designed to allow for uninterrupted operation of the entire facility for a period of 48 hours.

Booker T. Washington High School
The engineering design for the historic structure included HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for a new 3-story Classroom Building, 2500 seat Gymnasium and an 825 seat Performing Arts Auditorium.

Florida International University
Green Library
The engineering design for a new 8-story structure located on top of an existing, fully functional, 3-story Library, required extraordinary coordination for the implementation of MEP/FP systems for 200,000 square feet of new construction.

Airport Rescue Fire Fighting Facility
This five bay 26,000 square foot facility, located in the central airfield of Fort Lauderdale International Airport, provides a centralized fire rescue service to the entire airport. This self-sufficient facility is provided with a central emergency operations communications command center on the second level.

Allapattah Elementary School
The three building addition to the existing campus provided the facility with a new Media Center Library, an Art Building and a Music Building. Each building’s engineering system was designed to meet the specific and unique requirements of each building’s curriculum.

Tropical Park Equestrian Center
This 55,000 square foot equestrian facility, complete with two clay show rings and seating for over 1,000 guests, the first of its kind for Miami-Dade County and South Florida, currently hosts over 36 shows a year, providing a local venue for the showcase of exotic equestrians.

Concourse “A”, Phase II
This second phase included the extension of this concourse by adding ten (10) new gates with fully nested M/E/P/FP systems as well as retrofitting various life systems at Phase I.

Dade County Courthouse
The renovation for the historic, 1925, 28-story structure provided extensive air conditioning, fire sprinkler, fire alarm and electrical systems upgrades for over 262,000 square feet of multi-use office space.
