The Miami Dade County Children's Courthouse, currently in the early stages of design, will provide immediate relief to the overburdened Courts system serving Miami Dade County. This 14 story, 350,000 gross square foot facility, will house state of the art courtrooms and auxiliary facilities. This "Green" building will be among the first County project mandated to attain a LEED Silver Certification upon completion.

The recently completed 325,000 gross square foot Westland Hialeah Senior High School, for the Miami Dade County School Board, is designed to provide relief to the Miami Springs and Hialeah School District Areas. This new facility includes an Auditorium, Gymnasium and Parking Garage structure.

Once completed, the Metro Rail Extension commissioned by the Miami Dade Transit Agency under People's Transportation Plan, will provide enhancements to the County's existing Metro Rail System. The new Earlington Heights Connector Station, currently in the final design stages, will provide a new rail link to the Miami Inter modal Center to facilitate transfers to and from Miami International Airport.

The technologically advanced Science Building located at the North Campus of Miami Dade College is a 90,000 gross square foot facility housing Classrooms, Biology Labs, Physics Labs, Anatomy Labs, Chemistry Labs, Lecture Halls and Administrative Offices which will provide an enhanced educational learning environment at the College. Driving the new Science Building will be a new Central Utility Building Plant providing approximately 700 tons of refrigeration to boost the Campus' underground chilled water loop.
